Windows 10 Single Language Build 1703 says Windows is activated in System on Control Panel...

Last month I decided to downgrade my Windows version due to some issues. I went from 1803 to 1703 using an ISO file I got from TechBench. The fresh install of Windows went without a hitch and things were okay for a while. But then two weeks later I started getting prompts to activate my Windows in the settings. I checked in the System option under the Control Panel and it said that my Windows was already activated. I even ran slmgr /dli and slmgr / xpr on cmd in administrator to double check and sure enough my copy was licensed.

Checking my Windows Logs, one of the events from the kernel-general stated "License policy-cache has expired because it was not updated within expected duration."

This is all on a Windows laptop so I have an OEM license. I can't really find any similar cases or topics on the forums, so I'm asking for help. Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this issue?

    :)

where is NVIDIA control panel in windows 10?

I cannot seem to get the nvidia control panel (system tray)
I tried everything I could think of:

    - Nvidia driver uninstall + device uninstall + change device auto install drivers in hardware settings + clean install... no joy...
    - Windows automatically installs some nvidia drivers, no matter what I try and I can't see or find the control panel.

    Any suggestions?
