Windows 10: Windows 10 Sleep Mode

Does anyone has a problem with the Sleep Mode of Windows 10? For me it's very buggy. It just so happens to leave my PC, it goes automatically in Sleep Mode and when i come back and try to open it I usually press on the mouse it starts but every rgb is off only for keyboard, nothing on my screen is just black - Monitor ON then it goes back to Sleep Mode even though i tried to open it.

When this happens i usually press on the power button and wait until it turns off, and after that i am able to open my PC is it right to it this way?

Can you reccomend me some settings for sleep mode? maybe i messed them up in power options - Control panel

Windows 10 wont stay in sleep mode

yes, it was already off.

its waking up one hour after it sleeps for about 2 minutes, then sleeping again. How the eff can i track what it does in that time if nothing shows in powerCFG or the event log?
