Windows 10: Windows 10 + Sonic Wall Netextender - Recent files/folder unavailable until each network...

Hi,


Every time I start up my work computer I immediately Connect to our Servers using Sonic Wall NetExtender.


But If I say go to the Search bar. type excel then select one of the recent documents that are stored on the network drives I just made available with Sonic Wall. I get told that the file is unavailable and if I want to remove it from the list or not.


If I then go to just the root of the network drive once. All the Recent files are available.


The same happens if I Right-click excel or any app that supports recently opened/pinned files


It also applies to Right-Clicking file explorer and select a folder on the network drive.


Is there any way to fix it so I don't have to open each network drive once each time I log in?

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
