Windows 10: Windows 10 Sound Settings?

This is driving me pretty damn nuts. I have some really nice BT Speakers on my desk but if I so much as go past 10 on the Windows sound slider the things are BLARING loud. On the back of the speakers the sound isn't even turned up to half volume it's closer to a quarter. So when I open the sound settings I have to set the sliders down to 50% but they don't hold after a reboot.....Also each Chrome tab seems to have a separate slider too.....Very frustrating. Thanks folks!

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue
