Windows 10: Windows 10 Spacing

I am taking online classes, and one of my teachers just said that one of my assignments was formatted weird, but it only shows up like that on her side. The essay I submitted had weird spacing between it.

It was suppose to be double spaced and it was but some lines only had one word in it, it's done this before I've seen it before I'm just not sure how to fix it.
