Windows 10: Windows 10 start up error.

Hi, I'm running Windows 10 Home on a Lenovo Ideacentre AIO 520-24AST.
3 days into a start up fault that has appeared between a standard end of day shut down and the following days failed start up.
I'm not certain but don't think that the system applied any updates in shut down routine.
I am currently able to access safe mode with networking to achieve some limited functionality.
On Start Up -
Normal Lenovo load screens interrupt to report "Preparing Auto Repair" -> "Diagnosing PC" before blue screen with "Auto Repair" options.
Restart - repeats the process to the same point
Advanced Options all tried with these 'responses' : Restore - 'no restore point available' : Repair - 'could not repair' : Restart - repeats process.
Troubleshoot - I have tried all options and applied all the various 'Start Up Settings' without achieving normal start up, but have used Safe Mode networking to explore and try other options. The fact that I'm now writing this is an indication of my success to date :-

I was able to get access to my Bullguard security software and a full scan reported no issues.

I've tried to utilise some of the generic info and responses to similar issues on this forum and have applied :
sfc scan - which failed at 66% and did not 'fix'
dism scan/check/repair - with no 'fix'

I obviously have the logs for these processes and will post following on from this initial 'cry for help'.

I also ran a 'bootlog' which indicated repeated errors relating to AMD related items, in investigating status of AMD Radeon selecting AMD Radeon settings from start menu while in safe mode and it returned the following message "No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install .... "

I also have Lenovo support app installed and have tried to access online diagnostics but it appears that the app does not function in safe mode.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
