Windows 10: Windows 10 Startup Error - 0xc0000225 after using MiniTool Partition Wizard

I've recently installed a new SSD into my laptop and went through the process of cloning my hard drive to it with Macrium Reflect Free. After I was done with deleting the partitions from my hard drive, there was an unallocated section on the left side of the drive I was using I have a separate partition for data storage. I needed to use all the space on my hard drive, so I looked up how to do it and it led me to Minitool Partition Wizard. I attempted to expand my D: drive to the unallocated section and it prompted me to restart. My laptop ended up not booting properly and showing that error.

Just a suggestion to maybe use an older version and not update it. Works in version 10.

Windows cannot boot after merging partitions with minitool partition wizard

i previously split my drive in two with minitool partition wizard and decided to merge them again.I left it for about 16 minutes and i come back to it on the logo showing diagnosing your pc and this message showed up.Please help.
