Windows 10: Windows 10 Startup

Hi,

whenever I start my PC for the first time in a day, the boot is fast and nothing is wrong but when I have to restart my pc for any reasons, it can take 3-5 mins before I can do anything like open an app

-I boot up the pc

-I get the post screen for like 5 sec

-black screen with loading dots for a while

-black screen but can see and move the mouse
-locked screen background but everything is frozen for a while

-I enter the password and it feels like 10 fps

-loads for a while

-black screen

-then I see wallpaper engine always saying it didn't closed properly but I just restarted the pc

-sometimes both my 2 monitors desktops freeze, I can see all the apps but its like white-ish like when an app freeze

I don't many apps loading at startup

only steam, razer, realtek and a screenshot app


Windows updated and installed on a 2,5'' 128GB SSD which is more than enough

2x8gb 3200mhz ram

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

 

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
