    Anyways, I set the computer go to sleep after 1 minute and it doesn't work. Even when I lock the computer, I usually see the splash screen and it's supposed to go blank after a few seconds, but it instead stays on forever or until I manually put the computer to sleep. Here is he output from the powercfg command line:


    C:\Windows\System32>powercfg /lastwake
    Wake History Count - 1

    Wake History [0]

    Wake Source Count - 1

    Wake Source [0]

    Type: Fixed Feature

    Power Button


    It seems there's something about solid state drives that Windows 10 doesn't like, but I'm not sure what to do at this point. Is there anything you can recommend?

    Windows 10 still won't go to sleep

    Windows won't boot back up from sleep

    Check your power settings in the BIOS. Windows 7 sleep mode works fine. I wouldn't suggest disabling it. Why have your system sucking air and spinning drive if your not using it. I have seen some issues with some input devises not allowing the system to go to sleep. But Drone mentioned it
