Windows 10: windows 10 stop code 0xc000021a - unable to sign in with the displayed user profile

Hello,I am getting the BSOD error 000021a on my laptop, and I have been trying a lot of solutions, none of them seem to work. I clicked on the advanced options>Troubleshoot>advanced options> Here I get multiple choices, I clicked on "System Restore", "Startup Repair", "Startup Settings" "Command Prompt" Every time I am being asked to sign in by clicking on the visible user profile - I do that and enter the password I have been using until now to access my laptop, it gives and "incorrect password" error. So I click on the only other option which is to restart the computer, but that jus

The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?
