Windows 10: Windows 10 stops working

The past week or so I have issues with windows not working and it stops many other things. I've tried uninstalling recent updates and it works for a short time but comes right back few hours later. I've tried memory test, system test, SSD test etc... nothing wrong that is reported. I also deleted my SSD clean and reinstalled windows, worked for a short bit until I updated windows etc... HELP


EDITED: I also checked for viruses and malware through windows defender. BTW I can do something but not others... for example I can use chrome and firefox but not edge or do different things within Windows but not other things

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
