Windows 10: Windows 10 stuck at "Choose keyboard layout" screen

Firstly I want to make it very clear that I currently have no access to my PC, it will not load the sing in screen let alone the desktop. Half the time it boots up in automatic repair mode and goes to the "choose a keyboard layout" screen and as this screen loads all of my input devices stop working. I cannot use my mouse or keyboard for some reason. If it does not go to this screen it will go to a black screen with the text "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key". If neither of these screens load my pc just sits with the windows 10 logo and the loading symbol underneath until it bluescreens. Since my PC has started this I've had a blue screen almost everytime I try to load it up or I have to hold the power button to turn it off. Some of the errors I've received as bluescreens are "Xc000021a" "unmountable boot volume" or "critical process died" I can't see any pattern to these errors EG I get one error after a certain screen, they seem to just be random. I really have no idea what to do and have searched the internet for help but im not very literate with this depth of software or hardware problems. Any help is greatly appreciated, I need my PC for university and I as i am a student I cannot really afford to buy any new parts so hopefully someone can help me resolve this

Stuck on "choose your keyboard layout " screen

While resetting my pc with windows 10, it stuck at choose your keyboard layout screen. But my mouse and keyboard have both quit working. What do I do ?

Windows 10 upgraded my computer today. The problem I am having right now that I am stuck on choose keyboard layout auto repair screen. My keyboard works but when light goes out on keyboard and mouse I am not able to actively select any layout. Does anyone know how I fixed this issue.
