Windows 10: Windows 10 Stuck in Load Screen BEGGING FOR HELP

Okay I am back - sorry about that.
Yes, that's what I meant. So, give me a little bit of history here, and some additional system specs please.
You had what OS on the machine before you purchased the digital key for W10, and did you do an upgrade using the Media Creation Tool? How long ago? Did you verify your system activated okay? When was the hard drive changed, before or after the upgrade? How long has it been in service?
Edit - I see you changed it about 4 months ago - was that before the upgrade to W10 then?

Okay. In the meantime, here are some thoughts/suggestions:

Is your data backed up? If not, you need to do that first. If you have access to another working computer, you could download a live Linux distro, (i.e. Ubuntu), burn it to DVD and use that to boot the computer. The live distro runs in memory - it does not need to be "installed". You may need to go into your computer's BIOS or press a function key (F-key) to tell the computer to boot from DVD.

Once in the initial screen select Try Ubuntu without installing. When you get to the desktop, you will be able to look in the hard drive and grab all your data and copy it to another drive for safe-keeping while you work on the system. Also, I have seen Ubuntu immediately pop up a warning message if the hard drive is failing, as soon as you get to the desktop, so if that is the problem, we may know straight-away.

So, get your data backed up, then go grab the install media for your W10 OS. Go to another working computer, and navigate here to grab the proper version based on the digital key you purchased:

Burn the DVD and take it back to the ailing computer. Exit out of Ubuntu and boot to the new W10 disk.
Perform a repair install:

Do not enter your key if it asks for one. If it does, you've probably downloaded the wrong edition. Because W10 was already installed on the computer (assuming it was properly activated), it will automatically activate.

I had Windows 7 prior to installing windows 10. I am unsure how exactly I did the upgrade but what I DO remember is that I upgraded to Windows 10 after my new hard drive was installed. I purchased a digital key online and the system was downloaded online in an hour or two. Windows 10 worked fine for about 3 months until about 3 weeks ago when this occurred. I was so mad that I couldn't figure out what was wrong and had given up on the PC completely. Now, with some extrinsic motivation, I'm trying to get it running again. As a whole, the PC is approx. 5 years old and a custom build.

As of now, I how burned enbutu to a dvd and have it in the desktop but I cannot enter my bios to command boot from the disk drive... suggestions?

I don't know how to get past the loading screen and the incorrect installation - restart prompt

Okay, I don't understand why you purchased a key for W10, when the upgrade is free for W7? Did you have Home and wanted Pro or something? Did you transfer your W7 OS to the new hard drive and then do the upgrade? Or, did you just clean install W10?

Okay, so if it was working for about 3 months, then we can be pretty sure that it was activated. Once you have all your data backed up, let me know and we will start a repair install.
