    Windows 10 stuck in start up.


    I recently got windows 10 with an second additional hard drive installed. I believe it was version 1909 and it seems like the two systems were interfering with each other in a bad way(Windows 7 always detected problems with the windows 10 hard drive and the other way around) and now windows 10 is took in the boot loop. The windows logo isn't displaying, only a loading wheel is spinning. I tried to fix it with the installation media, but when I do type the fixboot command it returns me permission denied. Is this a known problem, please help me. ThanksWindows 10 stuck in start up. :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    There are several reasons why you are experiencing this issue, one of those is due to outdated drivers. However, we need to perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate the cause of this concern. Before we proceed, kindly answer the following:

    • Did you notice any changes on the computer prior to this concern?
    • Aside from clicking the ESC button, what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

    In the meantime, we suggest that you boot the computer in Safe Mode. This will start your Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. Please follow the steps provided on this
