Windows 10: windows 10 stuck on preparing to reset

Discus and support windows 10 stuck on preparing to reset in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; my computer has me crashing a lot so I thought I might reset it . it is now stuck on 51% on preparing to reset.     my computer has me crashing a lot so I thought I might reset it . it is now stuck on 51% on preparing to reset. Can anyone help

    This issue can be caused by system files corruption.

    • On which version of Windows 10 is your device running?
    • Are you getting any error messages?

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
