Windows 10: Windows 10 stutter

Upgraded from Windows 7 to Win10 six months because I thought they would have worked out all the bugs by now. As soon as I get into War Thunder the game wigs out and starts stuttering. checked the performance and nothing is maxing out (it ran perfectly on Windows 7 at max graphics). Tried out Steel Division 2 and ARMA 3 and they work flawlessly. I then tried 7 Days to Die, something really easy, shouldn't be a problem at all. Low and behold it stutters like no tomorrow. Anyone else have this problem, I have scoured the nets for a solution and tried them all to no avail. I dont see why Microsoft are pulling support for WIn7 when this garbage doesn't work, even after numerous patches.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

FPS drops below 10 every couple of minutes

Very interesting. Our default suggestion list for fighting stutter becomes more interesting.
