Windows 10: Windows 10 Stutter

Okay so im having major issues with micro stuttering every few seconds on my computer. I have tried everything, including a complete gpu drive uninstall and a system referesh. I have even ran a bunch of scans and nothing was found. Not sure what to do now....

My system stays pretty cold and hardware monitoring isn't showing any usage spikes. All seemed to start once i put the system to sleep. Once booted back up, shuttering starts within about 5 minutes and stays continuous. Then when i try to shut down, i get a bluescreen with error driver_power_state_failure. I have done everything online to correct this. But now it has just become a constant issue. I have uninstalled the driver, even uninstalled it with display driver uninstaller. Nothing is working. I need some assistance. I just did the most resent windows update and it broke everything. I then removed the update, and nothing worked. My drivers were all updated too

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

FPS drops below 10 every couple of minutes

Very interesting. Our default suggestion list for fighting stutter becomes more interesting.
