    windows 10 subsystem for linux wireless drivers missing


    In an attempt to install Bash for Windows to use in VS Code, I install the WindowsSubSystemForLinux from Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features | Turn Windows features on or off.

    Having chosen ''Windows Subsystem for Linux"

    Restart

    All network drivers are disabled

    View available networks shows zero available wireless networks.

    Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections. Shows both Bluetooth and Wi-fi are disabled.

    Uninstall

    Restart ''Windows Subsystem for Linux"

    All wireless network drivers are back


    Where are the help docs

    Can Ubuntu or Linux be run on Windows 10 subsystem in full mode such as running Hadoop, Hive, Java in Ubuntu subsystem of Windows 10? Or just the basic bash, sudo commands only?
