Windows 10: Windows 10 Sucks right now

I don't what is going on but with a new computer build I cannot get windows 10 to act right.

I've tried 6 different installs now from different media and different sources for the ISO.

I've tried earlier, and up to the newest update of windows 10, the same for drivers.

I've been on two different motherboards with the same chipset B550.

I've tried two different video cards one from AMD and one from Nvidia.

Memtest86 doesn't show a single problem with the ram.

There have been no BSOD or any major failures to say anything towards the CPU.

It will run fallout 76, YUZU Emulator, The Medium and yakuza 3 so the video card seems to be working.

So random things will not install or do it correctly, Some software installs just fine others have problems. Visual studio will install but will barely startup then has errors from there. Razer Synapsis 3 will cut out mid install and if I try it enough it will eventually install. Nothing but problems from Asus Software, or Gigabyte's software from the first motherboard.

I'm just at a loss, I'm about to install a Linux distro to see if I have any problems with it.

MOBO - Asus b550-e

CPU - Ryzen 5600x

RAM - Crucial Ballistix 3600 CL16 BL2K8G36C16U4WL

SSD - Sabrent 1TB Rocket 4 Plus NVMe 4.0

GPU - Gigabyte RX570 4GB

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
