    specs:

    rtx 2060 gaming z

    intel i7 8700k

    16GB of ram

    1200wat power supply

    i have duel booted windows and ubuntu, ubuntu is fast and works fine but when i go onto windows 10 it is super slow and 1 or 2 hours in all the windows and explorer crashes and i have to restart my pc it was very annoying so i formatted and did a fresh install of windows but now it is super slow and some windows become unresponsive for 30 seconds to 2 minutes and i dont know what is causing it. have i fried something?

    Super super super slow running Windows 10

    I have a Samsung touch screen computer. I upgraded to Windows 10 a couple of months ago. I have Norton antivirus. A couple of weeks ago my computer started to run slow. I did a "go back to a known good date" reset. worked for a while. then started to slow
    down. Now it takes over an hour from turning on computer to get to google web page. It works, but is super super slow. Do you have a suggestion to try so I dont lose my saved data. I have only got on set up (F8) once on many attempts. Thank you for any help.
