Windows 10: Windows 10 System Reboot - Event ID 1001

Dear Windows Gurus,


I have recently rebuilt my system with a clean install of Windows 10 Pro. I am getting intermittent (every day or two) crashes. When checking system Event log I am seeing the following message:


The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff803261505a7, 0xffff8d8b5834d808, 0xffff8d8b5834d050). A dump was saved in: D:\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: cc2027c2-4802-4a1d-b2cd-98c9fed11304.


I had my dump files set to full memory dump so the 1GB+ file is not suitable to upload. I have just changed the setting to "small memory dump" so next time it happens I can upload the file if it helps diagnose the problem.


I would be grateful for any help. I have run a memtest and see no errors, all drivers are up to date (as far as I know). Not sure if I have some hardware failing somewhere? .. how can I find out?

blue dump event id 1001

while running my application it is getting tempered and showing blue screen.when i checked event logs,showing bug check error with event it 1001.this is happening only for one application.please suggest way to resolve it.
