Windows 10: Windows 10 tab key pressing automatically

My windows 10 tab key is getting pressed automatically until I press any key. This happens after soon after Desktop screen is loaded after boot, but it does not continue after I press any key. Real problem comes when I am not able to put my laptop into sleep mode. As soon as my laptop goes to sleep it wakes up again automatically , I think this tab is waking up laptop without my interference.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Using the tab key to hop between text fields highlights all buttons

Hello,
Whenever a dialog box pops up in Windows 10, if it contains text input fields and clickable buttons/radio buttons/checkboxes, pressing the tab key steps through every single item in the dialog box, which is very annoying and, to me, pointless. Do I recall that there might be a way to limit this behaviour so the tab key only highlights text input boxes, and not every single element? I can't find anything useful in Windows 10's Settings/Control Panel - am I missing something or is this not possible?

Thanks but I don't want to do any decrypting. I want to download a Win 10 ISO from Microsoft and install it using my Win 8 key. No other steps required. Is that possible?
