Windows 10: Windows 10 task access denied, impossible modify or delete

Malware set a task planned to open a file every 3 minute

I find the task in control panel -> administration tools -> tasks utility


I try to delete but don't have permission, but i'm administrator of a local machine

I try to delete with cmd command SCHTASK

i try to disable UAC

i try to disable antivirus

i try to create another administration user


but it's impossible to delete or change that tasks, always have response that i don't have permission or access denied

action: run C:\Users\utente\AppData\Roaming\4C5ED9\UTnlogvj.vbs

add argument: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16

"Access is Denied" in task manager

Hi Joshua,

The error message that you're getting may occur due to the restriction for a certain system file or folder. To get the full access on your device, open
Command Prompt (Admin) and signed in with your username and password and check if you'll still see the "Access is Denied" message.

The Windows Defender is the default antivirus of Windows 10. You can open
Settings > Update and Security > Windows Defender > toggle off
Real-time Protection. If you want to permanently disable it, follow these steps:

• Tap on the Windows key to open the Start Menu.
• Type regedit.exe and hit Enter.
• Confirm the UAC prompt to continue.
• Navigate to the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender.
• If you see the preference DisableAntiSpyware on the right, double-click on it and set it to 1 to disable Windows Defender.
• If the preference does not exist, right-click on Windows Defender and select
  New > Dword (32-bit) Value, and name it DisableAntiSpyware.

To restore Windows Defender at a later point in time, delete the key or set its value to 0.

You can disable the startup programs using the Task Manager. Here's how:

Denied Access to delete files


Thanks for suggestions. I tried AVG Remover but it found nothing; probably because I had already deleted the bulk of the files. I also tried Command and Safe Mode but both gave Denied message. So the question remains how do I get access to delete files? Would changing to MS login at Start help?
