Windows 10: Windows 10 taskbar calender is an hour behind my outlook calender

I am so confused why my task bar calendar in the bottom right of my screen is an hour behind. It started with DST, and I just assume it would sync with my outlook calender clicking outlook, or clicking the calender act shows the correct times but it has not synced, and I am wondering what I can do to fix this, it annoys me seeing I have an event scheduled and I realize I am an hour early, my current solution is only using the calender program

And here is my regular calender program showing the correct time for 170 lecture




I would appreciate a solution for this annoying problem

Getting Outlook 2010 to open on the Calender

So yea, is there a way of getting Outlook 2010 to open on the calender page and not the General page?
