    Major OS problems after trying to play a song.

    Have you installed an SD card in your Focus? These symptoms sound similar to some of those experienced when an installed SD card isn't playing nicely with the OS.

    Either way, it sounds like you'll need to perform a hard reset on your phone:

    If the problems return, I would venture to say the problem is one of two things: either there is an SD card installed that isn't going to work with the OS nicely, or the phone is suffering through other hardware problems and should be replaced.

    FWIW, I've had the Focus since launch day and haven't had these sorts of issues...so the silver lining is that these are not common issues with this phone!

    Major OS problems after trying to play a song.

    Earlier I went into the Zune hub and tried to play a song. The phone froze and I powered it off. Now it has problems across the entire OS.

    Pictures hub won't work. No apps work. Email won't work. Cannot update apps on marketplace. App tiles don't work and are blank.

    When trying to sync email I get error code 80070003. When I try to update an app I get error code 80004005. Core system functions seem to work for the most part. Settings sometimes wont open parts. Cant sync to Zune, just says error, reconnect
    device.
