Windows 10: Windows 10 Theme not installing or applying.

This is the theme.

Windows Version 1903 Build 18362.836


Tried wsreset, logged out of store to try to re-acquire the theme.

Found that it had attempted to download the theme under:

C:\Users\***********\AppData\Local\Packages


However the folders were empty. Rebooted, deleted that folder and attempted again and it wont try to re-acquire the file even when i "install on device" from the store.

So now the store insists I have this file, when my system clearly doesnt.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

What error do you receive while trying to download themes?

I would suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps:

          Right click on the desktop screen and select
          Personalize.
          
        • 
          Select themes from the left side of the page.
          
        • 
          Next select Themes settings.
          
        • 
          Select Get more Themes online.

Windows 10 infinite restart black screen


The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
