Windows 10: Windows 10 - This app has been blocked by your system administrator - Opera Browser cannot...

Dear Sirs


after the last update on Windows 10 systems done this morning, I cannot use any longer the Opera Browser


I have received the following messages

"This app has been blocked by your system administrator.

Contact your system administrator for more info."


Can somebody help me with a solution to solve this weird situation?

I tried to open up Microsoft Store and it said "This app has been blocked by your system administrator.", what should I do?

Check at Settings > System > About that you are on Version 1909 and if not Install the Media Creation Tool from this link
