Windows 10: Windows 10 time keeps desyncing while in use

I recently completed a new build and I'm having an issue with Windows 10 time continually desyncing while in use. In Date & Time menu, the following options are selected:



I can resync the time by using the "Sync Now" button, but the clock will usually start loosing time again at some point. At first I thought the time might start desyncing when I play games or use CPU intensive programs, but in just the time it took me to write this post I've lost almost two 2 minutes. I also considered the idea that the CMOS battery might be dead, but I read that only affects time while the computer is off or in sleep mode. That being said, I haven't changed the CMOS battery. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

CPU: Ryzen 5800x

MB: MSI Tomahawk x570

RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3200mhz cl16

Storage: Samsung 850 Evo 500gb, Intel 660p 1tb, Seagate Barracuda 1tb x 2

PSU: Seasonic FOCUS PX-750

Cooling: Cryorig R1 Universal, Noctua NF-A14 x 2, Noctua NF-F12

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
