Windows 10: Windows 10 Toast notification

The details are simple:


If anyone knows a way to move toast notifications without moving the taskbar (which by the way does not work all the time) then please let me know. It is so frustrating in borderless gaming and working at the office when the notification pops up in the bottom right which is an area I use for important information. If there is no such solution to the microsoft rep reading this. Go enable the registry hack we used to be able to use to trigger it, this is ridiculous that I can't position it in any 4 corner of my monitor as well as moving it to another monitor entirely.

Unfortunately, turning off message notification toast is not yet available on Windows Phone 8. This feature has already been suggested on the Windows Phone users voice website.
