Windows 10: Windows 10 toolbar

Toolbar on desktop computer not working and most icons are not showing up on toolbar. this message is from my tablet. I have tried control shift Esca nd restarting Windows Explorer. I have also tried Powershell. I have also tried several DSIM commands to clean up. CBS log shows several duplicate ownership detected warnings but do not know what to do about those what to do about those.

When I shut down the computer I see dialog box that says Microsoft Windows Plug and Play Device Install Reboot Required. But do not see how to solve this.

IE11 Google Toolbar no auto search suggestions, no search history?


Since the last Win 10 update my Google Toolbar won't list any search suggestions as I type and there is no search history listed. The Google tool bar will allow a search, but after a few searches no search history shows and no "clear search" button is listed either.

I have turnd on "Suggest searches as you type", and "store search histroy on my computer" in the Google Toolbar options.

Any suggestions to fix this?

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
