Even though my English is terrible and I suck at explaining things. For the sake of getting my data back, I'm going to try. A few months ago when I was playing Roblox and browsing Youtube at the same time. Suddenly my labtop just crashed as I received a BSOD message that said Critical Process Died. When the computer had came back and I re-log back in. I had lost the ability to be able to connect to the internet as if someone had uninstalled it off my PC. I didn't have anyway to reinstall it back so I tried a System Restore since the other computer I had with the same issue seem to work after r

How to get into safe mode on Toshiba satellite

Windows 10 does not load on startup, no Toshiba logo, just a looping black screen/blue screen with cursor. And the bios is on slow boot.
