Windows 10: Windows 10 Touchscreen wont work after reinstalling windows

Hi,


I have an O+ Notepad 4G 2.0 I've bought years ago.

This windows tab suddenly went haywire having ghost touches and I cannot click anything due to it.

I decided to reinstall windows 10 using USB. No more ghost touches but when I tried installing all the drivers, but the touchscreen and pen wont work.

I wanted to try contacting O+ but they've already shutdown the company.


Anyone can help with this? Any info I miss to provide?

Windows 7 wont install drivers

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

 

Windows 10 Tweaks

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Touchscreen monitor

Hi, I'm looking into buying a touchscreen monitor for use with a Dell Inspiron 660 desktop pc rnning Windows 8 in order to fully utilise the touchscreen facilities of Windows 8.
I'm preliminary looking at the Iiyama T2250MTS or T2452MTS touchscreen monitors. Anyone had experience of these, do they fully work under Windows 8?
Any other suggestions of monitors in the £200-£350 range?
