    I like the new changes, now if M$ let us change the color of Windows explorer with the same dark background & white text in the default themes that would be a bonus.

    I have already tried the high contrast themes but they also affect web pages & my FF speed dial & look hidious IMHO.

    Win 10 Pro Insider Build 16215 when transparency is enabled in settings>personalization>colors>transparency effects, start menu is still not showing any transparency!?

    Taskbar, titlebar, and start menu design feedback

    After upgrading from Windows 8.1, I have enjoyed Windows 10 version 1511. One of the things I would like to suggest for improvement is the title bar, start menu, and task bar. All of these should have the same transparency, and color.

    I dislike the inconsistency of the look of these three items.

    For example, when transparency in the taskbar, start menu, and action center is enabled, the start menu and action center has a blur, but the task bar is transparent and the title bar does not have any transparency. They should all be transparent or all be
    blurred. And Microsoft Edge doesn't even have the option to have a colored title bar.

    Otherwise, I am enjoying Windows 10 and I am very grateful for the free upgrade.

    I do like the transparent menu, looks a lot nicer than a solid colour

    *Ditto The earlier builds did have a transparent Taskbar.
    IMO, it was horrible.
    I don't like transparency anyway (I have it turned off in W7).

    The Standard Solution applies here, let users turn it on or off.
