Windows 10: Windows 10 Troubleshooting cannot be run (error 0x80004005)

I found that the Troubleshooter in my Windows 10 1809 did not work and returned error code 0x80004005. I tried to download the 'Windows Update Troubleshooter' from Microsoft, but I got the same error above.

I had run sfc / scannow now and DSIM restored the status, sfc encountered an error but cannot fix it and the status of the restoration of the DSIM online image was executed correctly without any problem found.

Windows 10 Troubleshoot can't run (error 0x80004005)

Found the Troubleshoot in my Windows 10 (ver 1809 build 17763.292) didn't work and return error code 0x80004005.
