Windows 10: Windows 10 "unexpected kernel mode trap" error : fltmgr.sys only in one user

My laptop crash when login to A account, but work normally in other's account.

I already follow all the step "in other's account" that written In this forum but still have no effect.

I couldn't follow the step in A account because when it's open, it suddenly blue screen with error above.

So, what should I do and what's make the user A always crashing?
