Windows 10: Windows 10 update 09-07-2019

Yesterday morning my Dad's PC was messed up.

I presume it's a major Windows update - there was no crash or warning at startup.


The desktop has been changed.

The My Documents folder had been renamed TEMP and replaced.

The security settings on his password database to ensure it opens inits own process to prevent keyloggers have been removed.

The Keyboard is no longer set to UK.


**** is going on?

I don't see a lot of people shouting about this.

Am I wrong about it being a major update?

How so I see what on earth caused all these changes?

Office 2019

Only supported on Win10. Sorry, 8.1 users, only 4 years old, gotta go.

• Office 2019 will ship in H2 of 2018. Previews of the new apps and servers will start shipping in the second quarter of 2018.
• Office 2019 apps will be supported on:
  • Any supported Windows 10 SAC release
  • Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2018
  • The next LTSC release of Windows Server
• The Office 2019 client apps will be released with Click-to-Run installation technology only. We will not provide MSI as a deployment methodology for Office 2019 clients. We will continue to provide MSI for Office Server products.

 

IntelAudioService.exe + 2019 windows update problem

Thank you but what about the "IntelAudioService.exe & Multimedia Class Scheduler" Issue how am I go about and fix this?

Edited: Video Card Driver for Nvidia you suggest I download is unsuccessful.
