Windows 10: Windows 10 update 10/10/2018 (Failure, help me)

Windows 10 update 10 10 18 failed, my Lenovo jauto updates (I trust Microsoft to get this right) So it stops on a Blue Screen of death with 6 options (have a photo) basically continued,after trying all options, several times, looking quickly via Google to see if anyone else has problems, we found indeed & just looking now, yes, who ever did the QA & signed off on this update, needs an urgent employee performance review done, so moving forward, what are us non software engineers, app creaters & computer programmers meant to do? Leaving us to a Community page to do? NOT acceptable! Not that you care, I've been a fiercly loyal Microsoft customer since you started, I even used your Mobiles, even when you failed to deliver on sync with windows laptop to Mobile & I have 7yrs of contacts info, files etc, stuck on Mobile that I'm paying on PAYG to keep it live, so I don't loose everything from it. This last night pushed me over the edge. After removing the battery + power overnight,today the only thing that's changed is more ppl on the community page, asking for HELP! So when all 6 ootions don't work what am I meant to do? Anyone? Please help, it's 2018 & this is not good for business. Anyone else got suggestions, tips on how to fix this problem?
