Windows 10: windows 10 update 1903 error 0x80070157

i need help with this problem

Windows 10 (KB4041676) - Error 0x80070157 stuck in limbo

Installation error, stuck in limbo, only one system is affected. After the 100% hardisk activities, and force reboot , now the patch is stuck in a limbo, cant install , it just keep downloading automatically via wucs but failed to installed. Manual download
via catalog doesnt install it either.

Error 0x80070157 is reported.

2017-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1703 for x64-based Systems (KB4041676) - Error 0x80070157

BITS troubleshooting said Problems found

Check for pending updates Fixed

However the update still fails with update error 0x80070157; 2017-08 Cumlative Update for Windows 10 Version 1703 for x64-based Systems (KB4034674).

Windows 10 Update KB3176934 fails with Error 0x80070157

The Update fails with the Error 0x80070157 (ERROR_EXTERNAL_BACKING_PROVIDER_UNKNOWN) (The external backing provider is not recognized). Also some other Programs (Intel Storage Manager for example) fail with this Error when i try to Update them.

How can i resolve this Error?
