Windows 10: Windows 10 update 1903 - Toshiba Satellite s55t blank screen

After upgrading to 1903, I am able to login and the desktop appears, but several seconds the display goes blank with no mouse cursor. I can add a monitor over HDMI, but it only works set to "second display only". Any selection involving the main display causes all displays to go blank. A rollback to 1803 solves the problem. I tried going to Intel's site and downloading the Intel Graphics 4600 driver, but it say my hardware is incompatible. Windows report the display adapter as the 4600. I have the latest BIOS for the computer, version 5.10.


Any ideas on how to repair 1903 to normal operation? Since 1803 works OK, it must be something that changed in 1903. There have been no other software changes of any kind other than the upgrade.

Toshiba Satellite Touch Screen Stopped Working

My Toshiba Satellite S55t-B5273NR laptop touch screen stopped working a while ago, I think after the Windows 8.1 update. I feel like I have tried everything to fix it, but nothing has worked so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
