Windows 10: Windows 10 update 2004 error 0x80070005

I get this message when trying to update Windows 10 to version 2004:


We're having trouble restarting to finish the install. Try again in a little while. If you keep seeing this, try searching the web or contacting support for help. This error code might help: 0x80070005


This is the list of solutions I've tried with no success:

1. Cleaning C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution
2. Running Windows Update troubleshoot.
3. Enabling trusted installer.
