Windows 10: Windows 10 Update and PC Health Check app report Intel Core-i5 7200U CPU @2.50 GHz is not...

Windows 10 Update app and PC Health Check app report that my Dell Inspiron 15 5567 laptop running Windows 10 21H1 with latest updates "doesn't currently meet all the system requirements for Windows 11" because its processor Intel Core-i5 7200U CPU @2.50 GHz is not supported although all other system requirments are met! This is obviously a false report since the minimum processor speed prescribed for Windows 11 is 1 GHz whereas the Intel Core-i5 processor clocks at 2.50 GHz. Can anyone tell how to fix it? Alternatively, will my laptop be prevented from forced update if i chose to do so? Thanks

Is there a way to increase the 2.71 GHz to 2.8 GHz ????

Get Windows 10 App Check your PC report CPU not supported

I ran the Check your PC report within the Get Windows 10 App and it says I cannot upgrade to Windows 10 because my CPU is not supported. My computer is currently running an Intel Core Duo T7500 2.5ghz Processor. According to the Windows 10 Requirements
only a 1 ghz processor is required. Also I installed the insider preview as a dual boot and it seems to work fine. Is this a bug with the report?

Intel introduced EIST about a decade ago. It means on idle you are clocking in at the lowest available frequency which in my Core i5-4300u's case is 0.8 GHz. This helps tremendously in saving power especially on laptops and mobile devices. It doesn't harm the performance at all since the CPU will clock back to its normal/overclocked frequency when there's a CPU load. Turbo Boost is Intel's dynamic overclock where the CPU is forced to operate at its TDP in any given CPU load. For example, if you have a dual core CPU, the only way to achieve the TDP limit is to have a full load on both Cores, so running full load on one core while the 2nd core is mostly idle will take approximately 60-70% of CPUs TDP. Therefore, to reach CPU's TDP with only one core loaded, one of the CPU cores must be temporarily overclocked to about 50-150% (depends on the CPU model) to reach that TDP on only one core.

For example, my Core i5-4300U has a normal frequency of 1.9 GHz with Turbo boost to 2.6 GHz on both cores (about ~90% CPU usage on both cores).
