Windows 10: Windows 10 update blue screen won’t boot

Hi

i am not any sort of computer expert so bare with me. Sons brand new computer which was purpose built by fierce pc in december 2019 was working fine last night

windows 10 automatic update and now it goes through cycle were i cant get past blue screen.

cant access safe mode screen says

Pc ran into problem and need to restart it says

unexpected kernel mode trap

I have read posts there no dust i tried resetting multiple times, i have no windows icon

tried f8. Shift f8 and all the other combinations

this is 100% microsoft update issue on brand new computer so please provide simple instructions to fix its under warranty but i have to pay to return to supplier for fixing

I would appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better.

Are you able to boot to desktop screen?

If not, as of now I would suggest that you perform Power Drain and check if you can return back to your desktop screen. To do so follow the steps below:

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system.
