Windows 10: Windows 10 Update Download Stuck

So my download of the Win10 update got stuck, at 2.669.0 MB, dunno like 0%..... So I restarted the download, and it appears to be downloading, the % keeps increasing, right now it is at 34%- but the progress indicator of MB/GB downloaded is still registering the same, 2.669.0 MB even though the % indicator is moving.

I have googled stuck Windows 10 Update download stuck, and it seems that alot of people are having this problem (though with different details) but I could not find a solution to the problem.

I am not even sure if my download is stuck anymore as one progress indicator is advancing towards completion, now at 26%... but the other indicator still says 2.669.0 MB downloaded.

This gives me some fear abou Windows 10, if already I am runnign into problems that seem to plague Windows. This issue feels so familiar to me with Windows products. If they cannot even have their download progress indicator work, then what does that say for the rest of hte product?

Why are so many people having their downloads get stuck, qnd is there a fix? Should I be afraid now of Windows 10, if they cannot even get their download working right?

Download of Windows 10 Anniversary Update stuck at 0%

I downloaded windows 10 anniversary update along with the September cumulative update but after the installation of september cumulative update the size of software distribution reduced to 289 MB from 6GB and now the windows update is stuck at 0% downloading
of anniversary update.
