Windows 10: Windows 10 update error 0x800703f1 and 0xc0000142

I updated my pc to the latest windows and when i tried to play games i got the error code 0xc0000142.

I tried to fix this I have tried all the fixes, but they all didn't work.

After trying to fix the problem i got another error 0x800703f1 .

I'm unable to open any windows programs only google and non-windows 10 settings please help.

Error 0x800703f1 always fail to update Windows 10

I've upgrade windows 7 home basic to windows 10 on early August 2015 and then get some updates thru windows update, but unfortunately since end of September 2015 until now, I always fail to update Windows 10, the error message
always appear :

"There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help:

  Cumulative Update for Windows 10 (KB3116869) - Error 0x800703f1
  
• 
  Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 (KB3087040) - Error 0x800703f1

  note :windows defender update is still working thru windows update
  
  it makes me disappointed, is there Any body can help me?

Error 0xc0000142 (windows 10)


I get that error when running a game but it was running normally at windows 7 before upgrading.
