Windows 10: Windows 10 update error 0x80070643

The problem is that Windows 10 update error 0x80070643 is still here. Windows RE status is disabled. KB5001716 is version 8.94.00 date 22-05-2024. Still the 0x80070643 error.System: Intel core i7 6700K on an PRIME Z270-A motherboard.Tried to update the update that did not help.

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
