Windows 10: Windows 10 update error and Microsoft Store App Download Errors

Hey there,

So my win10 pro version 1809 stopped updating some months ago, almost a year.I had no problems so far and tried it several times myself to solve this problem.But it seems that it effects the Microsoft Store download function as well and because I want to download a game from the Store I need to fix this.

Basically it goes like this:1 My Desktop starts2 WinUpdateManager tries to download and install updates for several things3 After a few minutes it says on every one of the updates "There were some problems installingupdates via Windows Update"4 Thats it. I can click on "Retry" but that does nothing.It also says under kb4023057-x64 update: error 0x80248007

(I have win10 in german version)

Microsof Store similar things happen:1 I want to install for example "Minecraft for windows 10"2 The process is doing some things for several minutes ("Downloading" / "Reserve Disk Space" /"Almost Done!")3 Error Code: 0x802460084 This happens to all things I want to download via the Microsoft Store, sometimes there are differenterror codes...

5 (for Microsoft Store)1 I pressed win + R and tiped "wsreset"2 Pressed Enter3 It took some seconds then the PopUp windows closed4 Microsoft store opened5 It tries to download Minecraft again -> Error: 0x80246008



I don't know what to do, Maybe someone can help me please
