Windows 10: Windows 10 update error in DOWNLEVEL phase error PREPARE_FIRST_BOOT

So im using an Windows 10 ISO to update my pb because so far it has been the most succesfull, but everytime the installation goes up to around 57% then it says your computer will be restarted in a moment and then nothing happens and it says installation failed, i have tried many soultion but haven't benn succesfull at at all the error codes is 0x80004005 - 0x100A, my current windows 10 version is 1709, here are the logs i saw someone asking for in another thread,

I have tried everything. The latest error is

I don't understand these but I have been having this problem for a long time now and could never install 1809 so I thought 1903 would maybe work but it don't.

I tried Windows 10 ISO and that didn't work. I did the Update Assistant 3 times and that got me the closest. I have deleted all the files they said to delete and retry and nothing works. I have been working on this for months.

Also I am obviously not a computer tech so I need the steps explained.
