Windows 10: windows 10 update facilitator

Hi how do I remove windows 10 update facilitator from my tablet. Its a Pendo pad 10.1 2 in 1 and the update that is trying to be installed is not compatible with my device basically turns it into a paper weight so I can't use that version. Ive tried restoring my pc to a date prior to that coming onto my tablet but it survives a restore and actually tries updating during the restore process. The only thing that gets rid of it is a hard reset but I shouldn't have to loose everything every time the update facilitator infects my tablet? I had windows update disabled but somehow it got re-enabled and installed the update facilitator without my knowledge or consent I'm assuming defender was the culprit. So how do permanently rid myself of the update facilitator and ensure windows update stays disabled so incompatible versions of windows 10 don't install on my tablet? Cheers for the help.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
