WIndows 10 update will not run due to insufficient disk storage

I have Acer Aspire One 1-131 Signature Edition. I'm unable to update Windows 10 due to storage limitations. Windows says 8gb are needed. After Disk Cleanup and removing all personal files, I have less than 2gb available ...I've tried unsuccessfully to use
a 16gb Sandisk Flash Drive for additional RAM storage and for extra NTFS storage. Help will be appreciated.

    Windows 10 Home Edition

Intel Celeron CPU N3050 1.60 GHz

    2GB RAM

    64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

Storage 27.3 GB used out of 29.0 GB

    Hi,

I would suggest you to update your storage controller driver.

Method 1: Update Storage Controller Driver

    Follow the steps.

    • Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
    • Expand the Storage Controller.
    • Right-click on the Storage controller Driver
      and select Update Driver Software.
    • Wait for sometime and check if the issue persists.
    • Restart your system.
Method 2: Uninstall and then reinstall Storage Controller driver from the Manufacturer's Website

    Follow the steps.

    • Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
    • Expand the Storage Controller.
    • Right-click on the Storage controller Driver
      and select Uninstall.
    • Now, go to the Manufacturer's website and download the latest storage controller driver.
    • Once the download is complete, double-click and run the setup file to complete installation.
    • Restart your system.
Hope this helps. Please respond if you have further related queries.

How to remove a bad drive in Windows 10 storage spaces pool

Could someone list the steps involved in replacing a bad drive from a Windows 10 storage spaces pool? I cannot find any info on the Microsoft support site that is specific to Windows 10. Also, could you list the steps to remove a 'good' drive and replace
it with another drive if the process is different?
