    This issue could have been caused by some settings on your PC. We'd like to find out more about the Windows Update KB4074588 issue that you are facing, so that
    we can provide the appropriate troubleshooting steps. What is the current build and version of your OS? You can check it by pressing the Windows key + R and
    type winver. Is there an error code showing when you are trying
    to install the Windows Update?
